- Anyone can read the PMBOK. Not everyone can lead a project
- A project represents an investment of the organization to make a change

- We are going from triple inner restrictions in Project Management (Time, Cost and Scope) to five-restrictions: Time, Cost, Scope, Innovation and Sustainability
- Future Project Manager skill base: Technical Foundation + Leadership Skills + Strategy/Business Management
- Stakeholder is any group or individual that can affect, or is affected, by a particular work effort
- When you find yuorself in a hole, stop digging
- Only when you can ‘see’ value, are you able to tell what is waste and then start to get rid of it
